Abolish the Sunday School

While I don't think we arrived at the same conclusion for exactly the same reason, I definitely agree with the analysis of this Episcopal minister. The New York Times quoted him December 31, 1889 as saying:
“We have no need for Sunday Schools. They are of no benefit to Christianity, and should be done away with. They are only a place where children attend because they are bribed by means of fairs and entertainments.” – Rev. Dr. Pelham Williams

    Great quote. Thanks for posting it, Ryan! It's always makes me think, when reading the quotes you bring up.

    I think the title on this post is misspelled though. It should be Abolish, instead of Obolish.
